Jam-A-Que is an annual Free event put on by: www.DownSouthjukin.com , www.SouthernFriedMagazine.com , www.43TheHawk.com , www.SouthernRockSociety.com , and www.SouthernAlliance.org It is put on every year as a way to say thank you to our members, supporters, artists, and industry professionals. It is a day of great food, music, and fellowship. It is a true "Southern" style Jam and BBQ. The Event is broadcast via web cams for those folks who can't attend. Last years event had almost 500 viewers via webcam!! The 2007 event was planned by Bruce Wall and the Late George McCorkle (Marshall Tucker Band Fame). George attended and helped plan the event every year until we lost him to cancer last June. This years event is dedicated to his memory and a special tribute will be performed by: The Southern Boys Band (George's Nephews), Justin McCorkle (George's Son), Bruce Wall (George's Friend, Neighbor, and Webmaster), and Monica Perry (George's Friend and Co-writer)
What the event offers: Free Food, Drawings, Gifts, Prizes, Live Music, Open Jam Sessions, and more...
